FITTIPALDI OFF ROAD CHATBOT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Fittipaldi Off Road Chatbot (“Chatbot”) provided by Design Infini, Inc. (“Design Infini,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Chatbot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Chatbot.

 

1. PURPOSE OF THE CHATBOT

The Chatbot is intended to provide general information about Fittipaldi Off Road wheels, products, and related topics. The Chatbot may also offer assistance in navigating our website, product catalog, or general brand-related information.

The Chatbot is not a substitute for professional advice, dealer consultation, or direct communication with Design Infini representatives.

 

2. NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES 

While Design Infini aims to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, all content generated or displayed by the Chatbot is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. 

Design Infini does not guarantee: 

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the Chatbot. 

• That the Chatbot will operate without interruptions or errors. 

• That any responses, recommendations, or data are up to date or suitable for any specific purpose. 

You understand that the Chatbot may generate automated responses that may not always reflect the most current product information, pricing, fitment data, or specifications. 

 

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY INFORMATION

All users are solely responsible for verifying any information obtained through the Chatbot before relying upon it.

You must confirm all fitment details, technical data, and product availability directly with an authorized Fittipaldi Off Road dealer or Design Infini customer service before making any purchasing or installation decisions. 

Design Infini strongly recommends contacting customer support or visiting an authorized dealer for any clarification or confirmation. 

 

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Infini, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: 

• The use of or inability to use the Chatbot. 

• Any reliance on information provided by the Chatbot. 

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any Chatbot output. 

• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or data loss. 

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, even if Design Infini has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

 

5. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The Chatbot does not provide professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to technical, mechanical, legal, or warranty advice.

Any information related to wheel fitments, vehicle compatibility, or installation procedures must be independently confirmed by a qualified dealer or installer.

Design Infini assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, or injury resulting from reliance on Chatbot responses. 

 

6. USER CONDUCT

By using the Chatbot, you agree not to: 

• Use the Chatbot for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes. 

• Attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or disrupt the Chatbot’s functionality. 

• Collect or store information provided by the Chatbot for competitive, commercial, or unauthorized purposes. 

Design Infini reserves the right to monitor Chatbot activity and suspend access for any misuse. 

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, and brand materials, including Fittipaldi Off Road and Design Infini, are the property of their respective owners. 

The Chatbot and its content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 

No part of the Chatbot’s responses, content, or functionality may be copied, distributed, modified, or reproduced without written permission from Design Infini. 

 

8. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

The Chatbot may collect limited information such as user queries, session logs, or metadata to improve service quality and functionality. 

Design Infini’s Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of this information. 

By using the Chatbot, you consent to the processing of your information as described in that policy.

Any references or links provided by the Chatbot to external websites, services, or entities are for convenience only. 

Design Infini is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of third-party sites and does not endorse any products or services offered by them. 

You access such links entirely at your own risk. 

 

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Design Infini, Inc., its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Chatbot or any violation of these Terms. 

 

11. TERMINATION

Design Infini reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Chatbot at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. 

 

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Design Infini may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. 

Your continued use of the Chatbot following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 

The most current version of these Terms will be posted and maintained on our official website, regardless of Chatbot availability. 

 

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, California.
