Forged vs Cast – Fittipaldi Off Road offers two types of wheels: forged and cast. Our forged wheels are crafted using a solid monoblock of a special alloy known as aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum, heated and pressed into shape, and go through CNC milling for more intricate designs. Our cast wheels are formed by pouring A356 aluminum alloy into custom molds. The difference in these processes allow us to create wheels that are tailored to a variety of needs and performance levels: high, mid, and low. Though, regardless of how they were made, both types of wheels undergo rigorous T6 heat treatment, ensuring strength and reliability fit for the Fittipaldi standard.

FTF – Our flagship line, the Truck Forged segment (FTF), offers intricately crafted designs, ranging from straight spokes to true directional, all engineered to tackle the heaviest loads. Each wheel is a statement piece: unmistakable and impossible to overlook, featuring our signature “Fittipaldi Forged” detail that’s milled onto the Polished (P) finish outer lip. Our FTFs have deep lips, concave faces, and bolt-on billet center caps showcasing our logo – details that make it impossible not to turn heads. Floating caps are also available for the FTF segment, ensuring a sharp look while repping the name. These wheels are offered in our signature Polished (P) finish and in sizes from 24” to 30” diameters.

The FTF Black series is one of the latest additions to the Fittipaldi Off Road line up. It features some of the most iconic forged designs in a Black Milled (BM) finish and has a dual drilled lug application, making them a good fit for a wide range of vehicles–and let’s face it. Who wouldn’t want to stunt with these wheels?

FDF – The FDF segment, Dually Forged, caters to dually setups with custom order wheels that are made to withstand the rigor of a heavy load. Whether you’re running them as a super single or as a pair, you’re sure to find the right one for your vehicle as they are available in our Polished (P), Gloss Black (B), and Black Milled (BM) finishes. Like the FTF series, our Dually Forged wheels also have our “Fittipaldi Forged” signature milled onto the outer lip, and premium forged floating aluminum center caps sporting the Fittipaldi logo. These wheels are offered with a true mesh and a true directional design, both of which bring function and finesse to any setup.

FBF – Our Beadlock Forged segment, FBF, is made to handle the toughest terrains. These race-grade wheels feature customizable, forged, and heat treated beadlock rings with lightweight milling and the iconic Fittipaldi logo. They also have a reinforced barrel design and a serrated beadlock mounting face to allow for optimal weight reduction, solid grip, and maximum strength; they’re the epitome of durability and style combined. The FBF segment is equipped with heavy-duty hardware to ensure peak performance. It includes 5/16” grade 8, yellow zinc plated hardware, engineered to pair with sturdy steel threaded inserts. These wheels are made to deliver exceptional strength and high torque resistance, even in the most demanding conditions. They are available in a 17” diameter, ready to take on any challenge with unwavering reliability.

FA – The Alpha Series (FA) is all about variety ensuring every driver finds a wheel that shows off their personal style. Perfect for daily drivers looking to upgrade their look, or for handling moderate off-road terrains, these wheels are the very definition of badass and refined. They feature full-cover bolt-on center caps for 5 and 6-lug setups, and heavy-duty center caps for 8-lug applications, delivering versatility that adapts to your ride. Offered in sizes ranging from 17” to 26” diameters, the FA segment brings an impressive selection of finishes such as Red Machined (MR), Desert Sand (D), or our two-toned Gloss Bronze Face with a Gloss Black Lip accent (ZB). These wheels are also offered in our standard Mirror Coat (MC), Gloss Black, and Black Milled (BM) to round out the lineup, guaranteeing that there is a design tailored to fit what you’re looking for. By popular demand, floating center caps will also be available for our FA series very soon, adding an extra layer of customization to this crowd-favorite segment.

FT – Our Terra series (FT), is engineered to take you wherever your journey leads–whether it’s your daily drive or extreme overlanding adventures. They come in a variety of styles from full face and military, to concave and windowed designs; there is something for every driver. Some designs even emulate a beadlock ring, allowing you to have that beadlock look without compromising the functionality of our FTs. They’re offered in sizes ranging from 17” to 20” diameters but also have CUV-specific fitments for higher offset applications. Our FTs even come in a large variety of finishes such as Satin Black (SB), Gloss Silver Machined (MS), Gloss Blue (BLB), Machined Red Tint (RTB), Satin Bronze (Z), and so much more, making them as striking as they are versatile.

FB – The Beadlock series (FB) combines the resilient performance of our FBFs with the craftsmanship of cast wheels. They feature a forged beadlock ring, lightweight milling, and our iconic Fittipaldi logo. Every detail is designed for maximum functionality, including the reinforced, variable thickness barrel and serrated beadlock mounting face for optimal grip and reduced weight. The hardware on these wheels takes durability to the next level. With 3/8” grade 8 yellow zinc-plated hardware, and heavy-duty steel threaded inserts, they’re built to handle intense torque and resist cross-threading under high pressure. Offered in a 17” diameter with various finishes such as Satin Black (B), Machined (M), and Red (R)—and the FB153 even available in a 20”—the FB segment is engineered to combine uncompromised strength with head-turning designs.
