FITTIPALDI WHEELS SPONSORSHIP FORM

This program is designed for active Fittipaldi Off Road and Fittipaldi Wheel enthusiasts, on or off road, who want to represent the brand through their vehicle and their voice. We’re seeking leaders with a strong presence in both social media and the automotive industry, individuals who can authentically promote the culture and drive meaningful engagement within the community.

We are looking for members who are actively involved in the community, including online platforms, car shows, and other relevant events. Applicants must have a measurable reach through channels such as social media, blogs, or websites. Above all, we value ambassadors who demonstrate a friendly, professional demeanor and uphold the highest ethical standards in all brand-related activity.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. PROFESSIONAL CONTENT

    Upon approval for sponsorship, the sponsored party (“Participant”) agrees to maintain a professional image at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from the use of profanity or obscenities, objectification, or participation in divisive, inflammatory, or polarizing discourse in any content, communications, or public conduct associated with Fittipaldi Off Road or Fittipaldi Wheels.

    2. DELIVERABLES AND CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

    All deliverables must be submitted through the mutually agreed-upon platforms, including but not limited to social media channels, print publications, and digital media. All social media posts must clearly and accurately tag Fittipaldi Off Road and/or Fittipaldi Wheel’s official profiles.

    All content created, submitted, or distributed in connection with this sponsorship may be used by Fittipaldi Off Road. Fittipaldi Off Road reserves the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publish such content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, fees, or royalties.

    All submitted photography must be high-resolution and captured using professional-grade equipment. Cellphone photography will not be accepted. Approved vehicles must display Fittipaldi branding in accordance with provided branding guidelines.

    3. APPLICATION AND APPROVAL

    While Fittipaldi Off Road endeavors to review all sponsorship applications in a timely manner, applicants acknowledge that due to the volume of submissions, the review process may take two (2) weeks or longer. All applications are evaluated internally to determine eligibility and the applicable level of sponsorship (partial or full). Final approval may be contingent upon the submission of additional information or materials.

    4. FREIGHT CHARGES

    Upon sponsorship approval, a non-refundable freight and handling charge of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) will be applied. The Participant authorizes Fittipaldi Off Road to charge this amount to the credit card on file prior to product shipment.

    5. PRODUCT USE AND TERM COMMITMENT

    All sponsored partners are required to use Fittipaldi Off Road wheel products exclusively on the approved vehicle(s) for a minimum term of one (1) year from the date of sponsorship approval.

    The Participant authorizes Fittipaldi Off Road to retain valid credit card information on file for administrative and enforcement purposes. In the event the Participant fails to deliver the agreed-upon assets or breaches the one-year product usage commitment, Fittipaldi Off Road reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the full retail value of the provided product, without further notice.
